By submitting a lost or found document report on TaifaConnect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About TaifaConnect

TaifaConnect is a digital platform designed to assist members of the public in reconnecting lost identity documents with their rightful owners. The platform enables users to report lost documents and report documents they have found, including but not limited to National Identity Cards, Maisha Cards, Driving Licences, Passports, and other personal identification documents.

TaifaConnect is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Kenya, the National Registration Bureau, NTSA, or any other government agency unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms govern your use of TaifaConnect. By accessing, using, or submitting any report through TaifaConnect, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform.

3. Accuracy and Honest Declarations

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of TaifaConnect shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
